Students, take a week of instrument lessons for $25! Try a new instrument or continue study on your current instrument! All classes are grouped according to age and ability. Lessons are taught by the Young Artists of the Manchester Music Festival.
WHEN & WHERE
July 8 - 12, 2013. Daily 50-minute lessons are given Monday through Friday morning at 9:00 or 10:00 at the First Congregational Church and Festival House in Manchester, Vermont.
INSTRUCTION
Instruction is offered in recorder, violin, viola, cello, and piano. Students can expect to have their lesson with at least one other student. All students are grouped according to age and ability.
WHO
Beginner to intermediate level students age 6-14 are welcome to participate. Ages 6-7 who are beginners, may register for recorder, violin or piano. Ages 8-14 may select violin, viola, cello or piano.
STUDENT RECITAL
All students are encouraged to participate in our end-of-week recital, Friday, July 12 at 11:00 AM at the First Congregational Church. Family, friends, and the general public are welcome to attend.
COST & ENROLLMENT
Tuition for the program is $25 per student. Students will be notified by e-mail by July 3 of the exact time and location of their lesson. To enroll, please complete and mail the application form with your lesson fee of $25 and instrument rental fee, if applicable, no later than June 25, 2012. Late applications will not be accepted.
